The third call for applications to RISEnergy Transnational Access is now open.
The project RISEnergy offers industrial and academic researchers free transnational access to a selection of top European and international facilities in the fields of:
- Photovoltaics (PV)
- Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) / Solar Thermal Electricity (STE)
- Hydrogen
- Biofuels
- Wind Energy
- Ocean Energy
- Integrated Grids and Energy Storage
- Materials Research
- Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
The project supports research and innovation activities across these areas by granting access to its infrastructures based on scientific excellence, relevance, and a peer-review evaluation process.
In the context of this project several CNR (National Research Council of Italy) institutes are offering access to a wide range of research infrastructures, giving researchers the opportunity to carry out free research activities and to engage in international collaborations aimed at accelerating technological innovation.
Following the success of the first and second calls, which attracted many new participants from academia and industry, the initiative has already produced significant scientific results and fostered new professional connections among research groups. These collaborations have strengthened the European research ecosystem, promoting knowledge exchange and paving the way for more effective and impactful scientific outcomes.
Through this open call, RISEnergy continues to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the creation of long-term partnerships that contribute to the advancement of clean energy technologies and the improvement of scientific results across Europe and beyond.
